Curtis is a devoted husband, father, veteran, and entrepreneur. He serves as the Founder and CEO of Nu Collar Solutions, LLC. Coach Hall provides coaching for young men (ages 12–19), personal and executive coaching for adult men (20–60), family empowerment sessions, and consulting for schools, nonprofits, and corporate organizations. Known for his gift of listening and relational depth, Curtis facilitates growth through one-on-one sessions, dynamic workshops, and strategic engagements. Notably, he has a deep appreciation for listening and practicing genuine empathy, which fosters strong, constructive relationships with the young men he coaches and mentors.

Personalized One-on-One Sessions
Our one-hour individual coaching sessions are designed to provide focused, customized support for personal growth, self-awareness, and goal achievement.
For Young Men Ages 12–19:
Session Rate: $60– $75 per hour
For Adult Men Ages 20–55:
Session Rate: $97–$125 per hour
Rates depend on session customization, intensity, and specific client needs.
Group Coaching
Empowering Communities Together: Group coaching sessions are dynamic, one-hour experiences that foster connection, collaboration, and shared growth among participants.
Group Size: Minimum of 5 participants
These sessions are ideal for addressing common challenges, fostering teamwork, and achieving shared goals while maintaining individual accountability.
Corporate Speaking Engagements
